You are going to need:

I use hook size 3.5mm with worsted yarn #4 Black, White,
Pink and Beige.
10mm safety eyes or felt eyes
Polyester fiberfill stuffing
Scissors
Tapestry needle
Black thread for details.
Abbreviations - US Terminology
Mr Magic ring.
ST(s) Stitch (es).
SC Single Crochet.
INC Increase (2 sc in 1 st).
DEC Decrease (sc 2 sts together).
CH Chain.
SL ST Slip Stitch.
Notes
Feel free to add more spot
Add two stiches on the nose for nostril.

Row 2: INC x 6 (12)
Row 3: [SC - INC] x 6 (18)

as eyebrow or eyelashes.

Stuffing the body.

Close and weave the ends.
Horns. Make 2
Row 1: MC 4 (4)
Row 2 - 3: Sc 4 (4)
Row 4: INC 3Sc (5)

Ears. Make 2
Row 1: MC 6 (6)
Row 2: DC INC around (12)
Fasten off. Pinch the bottom of the ear to create the shape.
Leave a tail for attaching.
Cow Spots - Make 2.
Row 1: MC 6 (6)
Row 2: INC x 6 (12)
Row 3: SC INC, DC INC, SC, SL ST, SL ST, DC INC, DC
INC, SC, SL ST, DC INC, DC INC, SL ST.
Fasten off and leave a tail for attaching.
Nose.
Row 1: Ch 6.
Row 2: Starting in the second CH from the hook SC 4, 3SC
in the last Stich. SC 3 (in de back of the CH) SC INC in the last stich.
Row 4: SC INC, SC 3, SC INC, SC INC, SC 5, SL ST
Assembly
Attach the horns 3 row from the Mr. And the ears next
to the horns.
Attach the nose between row 9 to 12.
Attach the spot where you prefer.
CH 25 and attach it on the top so you can hang it.
